My name is Stephanie Christofferson, and I am a current Global Communications graduate student at the American University of Paris. I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and received my BA in Global Studies from UCLA, where I completed an undergraduate thesis on food politics and food sovereignty movements in Kenya. I am passionate about food – eating it, cooking it, growing it, and studying it – and through this blog I hope to share my passion as well as raise consciousness about the deeper meaning behind what we eat.
